    3. We will not trade integrity for money. We do not sell any client something they do not need for a personal or financial agenda. Integrity and client privacy is the backbone of our business.
    4. We will give as much effort as you, but probably more, because we are a team.
    5. We will respect your time and we ask that you respect ours and others who share it.
    6. We may not be able to answer all of the questions asked, but instead of making something up, we will research a credible answer and get back to you.
    7. We will never forget that our job exists because others trust us to change their lives. Our mission is changing lives through exercise.
  • Our code of ethics is to provide to our greatest capability the best health, fitness and educational experience for clients in the most respectful, supportive, safe, ethical and professional manner. Our primary responsibility is your safety, health and welfare; we will never compromise this responsibility for our own self-interest, personal advantage or monetary gain.

    • Always respect your right to privacy. All conversations, behavior, results and identity will be kept confidential.
    • For health screening, fitness assessment, prudent progression and exercise technique, I will follow the standards outlined by professionals in the fields of medicine and health and fitness.
    • Clearly demonstrate and support honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
    • Never discriminate based on race, creed, color, gender, age, physical handicap or nationality.
    • Continuously strive to keep abreast of the new developments, concepts and practices essential to providing the highest-quality services to you.  We will maintain the education and experience necessary to appropriately train you as our clients; will behave in a positive and constructive manner; and will use truth, fairness and integrity to guide all professional decisions and relationships.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®)

The CSCS is a certification provided by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) that is generally regarded as the "gold standard" of training certificates. CSCS Certification requires a minimum of Bachelors Degree who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. The nature of a CSCS’s job is working with sports teams to develop safe and effective strength and endurance training programs. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists have an extensive knowledge of nutrition, training techniques and injury prevention methods. Compared to Certified Personal Trainers, CSCSs have tougher standards when it comes to certification. CSCS may also work as strength coaches, physical therapists and CPTs.
